CFO HELPER® Hospital Consulting Services
The PLANNING Process

InnoVative Capital's CFO HELPER® (Hospital Eligibility Loan Potential Evaluation Resource) combines our internal hospital feasibility expertise, municipal credit analysis and a transaction-based knowledge of the capital markets, to produce an individualized capital financing blueprint, the InnoVative Capital Financing and Security Options Matrix®, which evaluates available funding options and constructs optimal financing strategies. In those circumstances where our initial analyses demonstrate an organization’s inability to obtain satisfactory financing, InnoVative Capital and it's strategic partners offer operational improvement consulting services. These services analyze and design improvements to increase the organization’s debt capacity and acceptability to the capital markets. Our CFO HELPER® analysis is comprised of three levels of financial and operational review: the Examination, Diagnostic and Prescription Phases.

  Examination Phase:
+ Financial Due Diligence and Discovery
+ Preliminary (“Static”) Debt Capacity Analysis
    + Identification of Issues

  Diagnostic Phase:
    + Project Risk Assessment
    + Municipal Finance Review
    + Pro Forma Debt Capacity
    + Capital Funding Eligibility

  Prescription Phase:
+ Development and Presentation of the Capital Financing Plan
+ InnoVative Capital Financing and Security
Options Matrix®
+ Selection of the Financing Strategy
    + Final Debt Capacity Analysis

"InnoVative Capital's leadership of the financing process has defined the scope and budget for the project, enabled us to meet timelines and the expectations of our board and staff. In doing so, I believe InnoVative Capital has saved our hospital money by preventing unwarranted expenses, and accelerating the FHA 242 process."
